We love creating beautiful grazing experiences for every occasion – from birthdays and baby showers to weddings and corporate events. Our pricing is simple and flexible so you can find the perfect fit for your guest list.

🍇 Per Person Rates:

Min 20 guests, if you have less please chat with me

  • 0–20 guests – $22 per head

  • 21–50 guests – $20 per head
    (Bookings under 50 guests a $200 cart fee may apply)

  • 51–80 guests – $18 per head

  • 81–100 guests – $16 per head

  • 101–150+ guests – $14 per head

    (Server fee may be added to orders over 50 to replenish your cart)

💡 A Few Things to Know:

  • Free Delivery within the Mildura / Merbein areas outside of this a $1 per kilometre fee applies

  • Weddings may have a small price variation – let’s chat about your special day!

  • Paper food trays, plates or other paper / sugar cane disposable serving trays (enough for all guests)

  • Beautiful cart set‑up before your guests arrive (Unforgettable)

  • Full pack‑up service after your event

  • 12 stainless steel food trays + 1 large stainless steel tray

  • 12 x Stainless steel tongs

  • Serviettes & holder

  • Cutlery / food picks

  • Theme Matching – We can style your grazing cart to match your event theme for an additional cost

  • Takeaway container so guests can enjoy any leftovers

  • Up to 50 wooden boards available for $20 (any more than 50 boards will incur an additional fee)

🍷 Add‑Ons Available:

  • Servers - Server fees may apply or can be added on. Our servers help make sure everyone gets a fair share by keeping portions even and the cart stocked just right

  • Gourmet extras – Nuts containers $2 Per Person, Tzatziki and Hummus Dip tubs $1 Per Person & Premium Chocolates $1 Per Person

  • Wine bucket – Perfect for keeping drinks chilled $20 for 2 hours, $5 each hour after

  • Custom Extra - Needing something that isn’t listed Lets chat about it, so I can make your event unforgettable!

Making every event a little sweeter.

🍭 The Lollie Cart Experience

Enjoy 1.5 hours of delightful service, featuring 12 stainless steel containers plus 1 large container filled with a delicious selection of sweets. Treats are served in your choice of plastic ice cream cups or paper cups . We handle everything from setup to pack-up, making your event stress-free and sweet!

💰 Pricing:

  • 0-30 guests: $12 per person

  • 31–60 guests: $11 per person

  • 61–80 guests: $10 per person

  • 81–100 guests: $9 per person

📝 Additional Details:

  • A service fee of $200 applies

  • Free Delivery within Mildura / Merbein ($1 per 1km fee applies for areas outside of this)

  • We’ll also do our best to colour-match your event theme 🎨, with a small fee applying for any special decorations ✨

We offer a variety of beautiful carts to suit your needs – from lolly carts bursting with hand‑picked sweets 🍬, gourmet carts overflowing with cheeses, meats, and artisan treats 🧀, fresh fruit carts with vibrant seasonal produce 🍇, to fully customisable carts where you can mix and match anything you like – think pizza night, breakfast bar, high tea, or even a chocolate lover’s dream!

From there, you get to choose the flavours, colours, and even the presentation style. Have a theme in mind? We can match it, style it, and make it pop – with an option to colour‑coordinate decorations for that extra wow factor.
